How Renting from Us Works

Interested in renting a Jet Ski, Tritoon or Paddle Board? You’ve come to the right place. Here is how the process works:

For Jet Skis:

1. Book the Equipment:
   a. We ask that you book your rental online. To help us reduce call volume as we’re a small business and its hard to get to every call. Online, you will enter your information. If you’re renting equipment for a multi day rental, please be sure to enter your address. Please note this only applies to multi day rentals, The Vineyards or Devils Fork (Lake Jocassee). As all Sunset and Half Day (4 hour rentals) begin and end at Mile Creek Landing.

2. Payment:
   a. Online reservations require the full rental fee paid at booking.

   b. Phone bookings only require half the rental fee to book (day-of rentals require the full booking fee paid upon reservation).

3. Determining the Drop Off Location:
   a. We will meet your party at the Mile Creek Landing Dock and Boat Ramp. Unless you’re requiring delivery for a multi day, Jocassee or Vineyards Marina rental. Please note Lake Jocassee and Vineyards Marina will be charged a $40 delivery fee. As they are 45 minutes drive each way for our delivery driver. If you’re booking a multi day rental and know the public ramp closest to your address, please select it. For a map of these ramps, see our “Lakes and Drop off Locations” tab. If you do not know the closet ramp, we will be glad to assist you. All the public access ramps have parking available

   b. All Lake Jocassee rentals will begin at the Main Ramp at Devils Fork State Park.

   c. If you are renting one or more Jet Ski for multiple days, we are able to deliver the Jet Skis directly to your dock and begin the rental there. As we’ll need to inspect the overnight location the ski will be kept. As well as help you secure it properly to avoid damage expenses.

4. Confirm Location and Time of the Rental:
   a. A member of the Endless Adventures team will reach out and confirm your rental. The day before the rental we will confirm the exact time of your rental. We also will confirm the number and sizes of life jackets your party will need.

5. Check-in:
   a. Check in is 30 min prior to your rental time. Where we will get some paper work signed, go over a safety briefing, and go over operation of the Jet Ski.

   b. It is imperative that everyone who will be operating the Jet Skis be at check in. Everyone who plans on operating will need to bring their license with them. We will also note any existing damage and encourage you to take pictures for your own records. We will also set the pick-up time.

6. Send off:
   a. You are all set! Enjoy the Jet Ski!

7. Pick-up:
   a. A member of the Endless Adventures team will meet you at the pickup location at the specified time. We will check the Jet Ski for damage and check the gas level. After that, you are all set!

For Paddle Boards and Kayaks:

1. Book the Equipment:

a. You can book online on our website through our “Book Now” tab, or you can call us at (864) 499-1852 if that is easier for you. Here, you will enter your personal and contact information. If you know the address of your house or campsite, please include it here.

2. Payment:

a. Online reservations require the full rental fee paid at booking.
b. Phone bookings only require half the rental fee to book (day-of rentals require the full booking fee paid upon reservation).

3. Determining the Drop off Location:

a. Just enter the address of the house you are staying at or the campsite location and number, and we deliver directly to you. If you do not know yet, no problem – we will confirm closer to the start of your rental.

4. Confirming your Rental:

a. A member of the Endless Adventures team will get in touch with you the day before your rental is set to begin. We will give you a time frame of when the equipment will be dropped off.

5. Signing the Waiver:

a. It is easiest for everyone in your party to sign the online waiver, which will be emailed to you after you book the rental. This allows us to drop the equipment off even if you are not at the house when we arrive. If you are not able to sign the waivers online, then all members of your party must be present to sign the waivers at the drop off.

6. Drop off:

a. A member of our team will bring the equipment and life jackets down to the dock for you. If you have already signed the waivers online, you are good to go! If you have not signed the waivers, we will provide them for you.

7. Enjoy the Rental:

a. You are all set, enjoy!

8. Pickup:

a. Please ensure the equipment is clean and the paddles and life jackets are all with the paddle board or kayak. After your rental is complete, we will come pick up the equipment. You do not need to be present at pickup. If the paddle board and/or kayak is clean and undamaged, you are all set!
